Quite a few years ago Shooting Times ran two pictures of two handguns own by one individual. After firing a round in his Ruger single action .44 magnum and blowing the cylinder apart they took another round of the same ammo and fired it in a S&W model 29. Surprising everyone who saw the pictures the S&W cylinder held but the top strap was bulged. Some people don't know when to quit. As was once observed,"You can't fix stupid." I wonder what would have happned if he had a third .44 magnum and a 3rd cartridge from the same batch.
