I echo the thankful no one was hurt thoughts.

Be alert on reload purchasing.

Too many times a new reloader thinks the results should be hotter than factory. And that is what they offer.

(But there have also been squib loads with factory).

Very glad no one was hurt in either of the cases mentioned here. Just curious. Did the companies indicate whether they were recalling that lot number? Or are they just waiting to see if yours was a fluke? They sound like they're acting responsibly and professionally. Hopefully they are recalling as much as possible.

I'm a reloader and will continue to do so, but pictures like the ones you have posted are pretty scary. Glad no one was hurt and thanks for sharing.

Glad no one was hurt.
I only use reloads I make so I know they're safe for my guns.I would NEVER buy reloads from someone else.

That is why ammunition companies have BIG insurance policies. (Hint: Aguila, based in Mexico, does not carry liability insurance). Hopefully they will make good on it.

It's good they are taking care of you. Proving it was the ammo is a very difficult thing to do. The evidence is gone.

WOW! Blowing up a GP-100 is almost unheard of. Glad all are OK. Hope all turns out well for you with the ammo maker.

>>I'm also glad the company is taking care of you.<<

And I hope it doesn't mean just sending you a new box of ammo! :-)

As others have said, "a GP-100?". That must have been a cruise missile in that chamber.

Glad nobody got hurt!
