Is the yellow stripe on the grip significant?

Does anyone have load data for a 125 grain .357 mag Hornady XTP useing H110, bullseye or unique? My old reloading manual does not list this weight.
I load for a Ruger Speed six with the short barrel. My load is the same for all my rugers actually. 158 g swc, and 6 grains of unique. It is kind of a mid range load, but very accurate in all my ruger .357s.
Anyone wanna talk bout ruger 480s? My ol.lady 100 lbs 5'1" tall shottin 30 yrds bustin beer cans . Get this ONE HANDED. I see a youtube spot in her future. Using 400gr. Hornady xtp.
