If you haven't already checked it out you should review Hickok45's review of the Judge on Youtube. It is among my favorite videos he has produced.

The cylinder freezes up after shooting one or two rounds. I am hoping that they will straighten this out for me so that I can be a totally satisfied customer.
Are you sure it's the 3 inch chamber? Mine isn't but I can fit a 3 in shell and fire it but the plastic once the shell is fired extends past the cylinder and causes a hang on the barrel which keeps the cylinder from rotating, just a thought, check that out after you fire a shell and it jams, the plastic may be protruding into the barrel just a bit and causing your freeze up..... just a thought... Also if it is the 3 in chamber it may be the shells/brand of ammo you are using, again the plastic from the shell opening up when fired might just extend out a bit and cause the hang. Hope this might help.

Around the turn of the century revolvers with barrel mounted bayonets were popular. Hand guns with brass knuckles were popular for a time. The curiosity of our generation is a handgun firing a inefficient shot shell.

I agree to a point about the inefficient shot shell, but there are some good ones that do fire quite well in the judge and of course other revolvers like the governor that fire .410..... The PDX defense .410's with the three plated copper disks are devastating out of my judge with a 3 1/2 in barrel, just my experience tho.
