No, you weren't. Most of have something of value beyond dollars. If it is of value to you, you weren't crazy even at double the price.

I've found out many many times,if you sell it,you'll always regret it later and it'll become 1 of those guns on your list that you'll always wish you hadn't sold it. Also,unless you use the money to get something as good or even better,later you won't have the money or your gun either. I'll trade guns to upgrade,or even give guns away to family/very close friends,but I WON'T sell any more guns for the rest of my life. My personal list that I wish I'd never gotten rid of numbers in the dozens. Neil

I would laugh at a 500 dollar offer for my 4'' stainless KC. I have been buying and collecting firearms for over 45 years and i consider the one i have a keeper. I also have a S&W mdl 66 2 1/2" that falls into the not for sale catagory. They are just cool looking guns. CD

Yeah, I had to walk away from that deal. I could see me bitching about selling it, in about a month or less. Plus I have tons of ammo for it...

Absolutely not. There is NO WAY I would let go of a fine piece like that. Money is money...but a fine firearm (particularly a revolver or pistol) is priceless.

I agree. I wouldn't let that go for a measly $500 either. As others have stated, you'd be kicking yourself later if you sold it.
