The boot grips that come standard on the airweight j-frames are really small. Great for concealment, but no fun to shoot for any length of time or with +p ammo. If you shoot much you will probably end up changing the grips. I actually have grips from a Taurus Model 85 on mine to cover the backstrap. Much easier on the hands. Don't have any CTs, so can't comment on those.
