Pretty bold statement - any facts to back this one up? The GP100 is a fine gun but so is S&W, Colt, and Dan Wesson...

I give you the German Korth Combat Revolver.

Or, you could buy five Colt Pythons.

For NGIB

l excellent revolvers, but the GP remains the best-selling 100

To buy all your revolver (5 PYTHONS) should go first in FORT KNOX

I think I'll take 3 Colt Pythons and 2 Anaconda's. . . I still can't let go of the one I let slip away. . .

Hardly an opinion. Dan Wessons held most silhouette shooting records until they legalized the Freedom Arms revolvers. John Taffin, Todd Spotti, Glen Fryxell will all tell you that Dan Wessons are capable of 1"-1.5" groups at 100 yards. That is better than some lever-action rifles. Ruger's and S&W's aren't even close. The M15-2 is capable of handling any loads a GP-100 can handle, in fact, Speer once had M15-2 specific silhouette loads listed in its reloading manual.
Silhouette shooting, for those who don't know, consists of shooting at animal sized steel targets at up to 200 yards with enough force to knock them over.
Amen. It depends on how discerning you are. GP100s are good guns, but to say they are the best because of how many are sold is not a good indicator. Taurus was a best seller also, so is that the best auto at the time? Look, for accuracy and versatility the Dan Wesson is #uno in DA revolvers.

Comparing the quality of GP 100 was for the revolvers of the same price and not on KORT COLT or that are very expensive. THE RUGER GP 100 in Italy has a price of 550 Euro and a Euro 5500 KORT coast. Takes 10 RUGER GP 100 to reach the figure of 5500 Euro. it is logical that they are two different worlds. My friends, the quality you pay!

I've had a Ruger GP-100 for years and would recommend it to my best friend.

My point precisely. I just like to throw in some gun porn.

So, how about a nice Italian beauty, the Meteba Auto Revolver;
