Default New gun shop in Austin

Hey for all of you guys and gals in the Austin area their is a new gun shop in town .
Elite guns off of Palmer Ln. Has some good prices a lot of AR and AK's a small selection of pistols and parts . They also have some ammo for that mil-surp.
Go and give them a look.
I am just trying to help a local business.

i think i'm done with "the previously mentioned GS"

they're prices/availibility are good, but about half the people who work there are total snobs and blow you off. i know which employees are good, and i stay away from the others....but i called the other day in reference to a firearm and i was basically blown off....they were (more or less) like "uh, i don't wanna look this up...just come in..."

WTH? i have given them quite a bit of business over the years, i really think they don't care at all.

so...thanks for the tip. i will likely be spending money elsewhere.

I heard some grumbling about them doing an NICS check when the purchaser was a CHL holder. Some folks get their panties in a wad over little things like that.

And, it is PARMER LN. Just a pet peave of mine

Back in the day, Parmer would have been considered "up near Pflugerville". Austin has grown to the point that Parmer is way in the city. Heck, Parmer runs from SH 29 near Liberty Hill all the way to US 290 in Manor now. It is going through to FM 973 soon

Default New gun shop in Austin

Yeah I've been back in Texas 2 years now and have yet to go check out all the changes in Austin. I have driven thru on 35 and it did seem a lot bigger than the last I lived here in like 2007
