Default Hello from Joshua

By way of Colorado, Georgia, Nebraska, Colorado, Texas, Washington, RVN, Washington, Florida and originally Keller.

Been shooting for 50+ years. Prefer handguns now.

CCW is Glock 26.

Favorite right now is Ruger Mark III? IT'S THE ECONOMY STUPID! 3 cents a shell versus 30...

Shoot most every Friday at Alpine (good weather); Burleson (bad).

Libertarian - haven't liked big government since Nixon tried to kill me in the early 70's. Naval Flight Officer but that's another story.

Alpine Shooting Range is east of Crowley about 10 miles. Sporting Clays, Skeet, Rifle, Pistol, et al. Great outdoor range. They have gun smith on site. $9 @senior rate.

There is an indoor range between Burleson and Joshua. They do gunsmithing also.

Both run CCL courses.

I shoot Alpine when weather is good and usually on Friday late AM. Primarily my Ruger Mark III but one a month my Glock 26. I bust about 250 .22's a week on the 50' range. Walmart quantity 555 Winchester HP's for about $22.

Let me know how you like the ranges.

Curly45,The best gunsmith's around here are the guy's at Euless Gun's & Ammo on Hwy 10 just west of Hwy 157 in Euless,Tx.
Williamson's Gunsmithing in Hurst,Tx is also very good, just really slow.
Elk Castle on the west side of Ft.Worth, and Alpine Shooting Range also have gunsmith's,but I don't use them or know what kind of work/service they do.

Glen Riddle (G Square Custom Guns) in Grandview,Tx is one of the best Pistolsmiths around.I highly recommend his services.
