No, it doesn't.
But I doubt I'd be able to live up to
making exactly what I need, with the materials
on hand, in less than 25 minutes, and have these
jury-rig mechanical marvels work, every single time,
first try, anyways...

Mine can/does!!!!
I think we can even fab some mini-gun roof mounts,and some pop-up flame throwers in a few hours with a little thought.
