Hey, Chris. I'm ol' Jerry from Pendleton. My wife and I went to Hilton Head on Memorial Day weekend, and it was so crowded the traffic was start-n'-stop everywhere, and the beach was so crowded there was hardly anywhere to stand. We could wade a few steps in the water, but getting horizontal to swim was out of the question. Was that just because of the holiday, or is it like that every weekend?

Just the weekend. Memorial Day weekend is the most crowded weekend of the year. All other weekends are tame in comparison.

Are you allowed to CC in a restaurant in SC? I know they allow KY CCDW, been doing some research, just clarification is always good. Planning a trip to myrtle beach in October.

If they don't sell booze, and if they don't post a sign saying no guns, you can carry. If you are not a South Carolina resident, it also depends upon whether your home state has a reciprocal agreement with South Carolina. I think KY does, so you are probably OK, there if you have a KY permit.
