Default New Owner with a holster question

I just picked up my first handgun. A new Glock 19 Gen 4 and I picked up a Blackhawk Sportster Holster and it says right on the box that it fits the Glock 19. I pull it out of the packaging and it doesn't it. I'm intelligent enough to know how it is supposed to work, but looking at the trigger guard the opening for it to fit into the holster isn't big enough...probably short by about an 1/8th of an inch.

Any suggestions or did I happen to grab a package that had the wrong product inside?

UPDATE: Went back and talked to Bass Pro. Apparently they had gotten a bunch of them that were the wrong product. We went through 4 of them until we finally found one that had the correct holster.

Good companies own up to problems. Good for Bass pro!

Can't beat a good holster. Good luck with the Glock. I like my model 38.
