I left them alone, they are no threat to me or other people. If you have a few pounds in your trunk, i would pursue,if you have several baggies packaged for sales, i would pursue,if you are a smoker and you have a baggie in your pocket or in your vehicle, i would dump it out and leave it at that.
Alcohol is a greater threat to LEOs than a little personal use marijuana, i am not going to ruin a persons life over a little weed. Like i said, unless a person is trafficking or distributing im not gonna push the issue. Now have i ruined quite a few parties for people? Ya,lol
But im sure that destroying their stash is ALOT better than the alternative :-)

I'd rather my own son see me die on my feet as a free man, than watch him go, broken, into slavery.

Yeah ruger makes a really good handgun! One of my buddy's is a die hard ruger guy and absolutely won't buy any other handgun. I take that back he actually bought a new/used XDM .40 but that was only because another friend of ours was in a tuff spot and needed to sell it, so he bought it from him for $500 with 6 mags and all kinds of different ammo about 1500 rounds of all kinds. But it still sits in his gun safe and he's never shot it.
