He, as the dealer called and wrote to Glock on my behalf saying I never even put my hands on the gun and they still insisted it wasn't broken. After hiring a Lawyer I got my money back. It cost me close to $1,000 to get my $580 back but it was a matter of principle.
After this poor experience with Glock I got a Subcompact XD 9mm and it worked perfect. I still own it now and it's the gun both my daughters learned to shoot.
I had a bad experience with Glock CS on a dealership level.
