The smallest and best pocket 9mm is the Rohrbaugh R9. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. If curious then check it out. www.rohrbaughfirearms.com

The LCP and P3AT are too hard to shoot. I had both and went to a Sig P238 with a 7 round mag 380. It is actually a pleasure to shoot. The P938 is a 9mm and is not much bigger and would pocket carry. I use a DeSantis Super Fly. Also have a Remora for iwb. I carry a J frame revolver in 38spl +P in my pocket when I am hiking.

Nothing where the trigger is positioned half way or further forward of the trigger guard. Terrible excuse for a gun DAO.

As in an above post I went to a 637 Smith and load it with +P Small, accurate and not hard to get a second shot off. I have one of those cheap Blackhawk pocket holsters and it's so light that you can almost forget it's there after a few minutes. And a 38 or 38+p are pretty good in my opinion anyway.

I don't think I's want to try a pocket 45 on for size. The 3" is about as small as I wan to see them and I don't see that as a pocket pistol.
