The XDm will cost you your own money on top of the credit, where the 1911 styled 22, which is a better platform by a million miles than the XD, won't.

Use the extra funds on ammo! It will buy TONS of 22lr!

But I HATE everything XD so I'm bias. Won't get into why, just personal preference.

To each their own i respect your opinion and appreciate the advice (my nemesis is the m&p) any i decided to go with the. 22 gonna pick her up next week cant wait to shoot her

Out of curiosity, why do you hate the m&p?

I think the stock trigger sucks on the M&P. I've heard it can be cleaned up nice though.

Intresting, I've never held one. I was going to check one out though. I feel the xd is too square for me.

95: Make sure to dry fire that M&P when you look at. I think the XD is really square like a Glock, but the XDm is much more rounded IMO.

Because of the trigger pull and the disassembly i also prefer the m vs standerd xd its not as boxy
