Ruger Mk IIIs come with a removeable rail for mounting stuff. Hard to find a better .22 pistol for any price.

Google works great as well...

Love my Ruger Mk III. It doesn't come with the rail attached, but it's already tapped and the rail comes in the box. If you really want to go crazy, the Ruger 10/22 Charger is a wooden-frame pistol with a 10-inch barrel and bipod.

The Charger is great and almost as accurate as a 10/22. But don't get it thinking you will shoot it holding it out like a pistol for long periods of time with any accuracy, its heavy but the built in bi-pod is great and it has a top rail out of the box.
