You sure you're not punching holes in that target with a #2 pencil??

I think when the weather starts to turn white you need to come down here to Ft Lauderdale and let canebrake verify your scores! You'll be OK, we run the AC year round.

This is what I was talking about in the knife thread...
This is a pic of the Rock after the switcheroo...



Notice how the ebony grips cover up the plunger tube a smidgen? They also create an uncomfortable bump there when racking the slide...

Do you have someone who can do a bit of trimming? Or are the grips just too fat in general as well?

I do have someone that could....BUT...I was told that it's actually OK just like it is and that it's just an individual preference at this point now.
For now, I won't have anybody do anything with them and I'll see if it bugs me when racking the slide (because it feels like an awkward bump with my hand...but maybe that's just something to get used to??) Dunno.
Either way, I think for now I'll leave them as is...
And I think they are really pretty on it! I've always liked the darker wood on stuff anyhow!
