The P22 is an awesome plinker. It is a perfect weapon for women who are wary of handguns. It is almost too fun for teenagers who might begin to view it as a toy since it is small and so easy to wield.

Pros:
* Small form factor (for smaller hands)
* Unintimidating weapon for new shooters
* Extremely accurate
* Fun, fun, fun for plinking

Cons:
* Small Form Factor (for larger hands)
* Unintimidating to the bad guys
* Finicky about cheap ammo (Absolutely loves CCI Stingers)
* Tricky reassembly after cleaning

My wife would put 10 well-placed rounds through anybody who try to take this gun from her... I'm pretty sure that she loves it more than me.

My dad and I both have the P22. He has the 5" barrel, and I have the 3.4". I got it because it is very easy to put a supressor on, and thats what makes them REALLY fun! Great guns!

I love my Walther P22. Remington ammo works FANTASTIC.
