That's disappointing, You could have ordered directly through SIG and had them ship it to your local gun shop, You still may, Maybe see if the gun shop will refund and only use them for the transfer, Most shops have no issue, But there is a fee($20-50 depending on your location)

Not sure was looking last night and seen a dill on the Internet that sig sold there manufacturing plant in Germany to Swiss arms. Not exactly sure when this happened but that could cause one hell of a delay. Call sig yourself and find out what's up

I emailed them and LEO rep told me that Sig is 90 days back ordered and he also told me that only stainless frames are made in Germany, but I have 2 with German made frames. I looked at pics of the 220 platinum elite and it says frame made in Germany, I think the rep was new or he had bad product knowledge. I'll take your advice and call them.
