for all the bersa folks. if you find yourself with a busted disconnector spring and the socially concious upstanding democrats are trying to jack your car you can still use your bersa by going gangsta. this guy shows how:

i took my thunder 380 apart just now to take a better look at how the spring works. with the mag safety enabled it puts a lot of stress on that trigger bar spring when the magazine is out of the gun especially when the trigger is pulled. it appears that disabling the mag safety would greatly increase that spring's lifespan.

need to take a closer look at my thunder plus...

Now it needs the Homeboy Sights.

the spring on the thunder plus looks a lot sturdier and looks to be a better design overall. unfortunately the design of the thunder plus does not lend itself to disabling the mag safety. it looks like the mag safety on the thunder380 is the root cause of premature trigger bar spring failures some folks experience.

I really dislike mag safety's.
