Reading the list of can and cannot, there's a lot of nice guns that cannot be purchased. What a crock!

Yup, it's just mind boggling.

I carry a TCP. I never carried every day until the micro .380 craze made it easy. Now if the ammo manufacturers would catch up, that would be great.

Went to the LGD this past Saturday and there where 3 used ones, 2 of them listed for$200 the third with a chrome slide for $230. I asked the dealer why so cheap and
he said lack of 380 ammo and not a fun gun to shoot (It bites the hand). Feels like a plastic toy in the hand and the small bar crossing the bottom where the mag goes in was rusted on two of them. Stainless must be cost prohibited. I think I'd go for the LCP.

If there's time today, I can go spring it from 10 day gun jail. We're going to the range Saturday, so I'll let you know how it performs. I expect it to be pretty snappy, but it's an "Oh sh*t" gun, so that doesn't matter.

I love mine- shoots very reliably (I have shot 7 different brands of HP and FMJ no problem) and shoots very accurately to about 7 yards. Great CCW in my opinion. Count me in as a huge fan.

I liked it, but not enough to keep it. I would consider it strictly as a back up handgun or for situations where anything larger wouldn't work.

I sold it a week or so ago to raise the cash for a S&W 3913 Ladysmith. I get to pick up the Ladysmith later today.

I have two of the KelTec P3AT's and one Ruger LCP. As far as I'm concerned, they are identical with just minute differences. I carry one of them at all times.

I read about the shortcomings of the pistols but don't agree entirely. The ONLY thing I wish they had was a true double action. If you pull the trigger and it goes "click", you must jack the slide and recock the piece. I prefer the true double action as you can just pull the trigger again and get a second chance.
