I got my 709 slim a while back. I've never once had an issue with it. I prefer to carry Hornady CD hollow points in it but its worked flawlessly with Remington, Winchester, Tula, and the target ammo from my range. Easy to strip and clean. I haven't been disappointed with it yet.
