That's the difference. The talon grips look like they came with the gun. In going to order one for my Nano probably the rubberized.

Got the talon grip for my Nano. I got the rubberized version. It was a breeze to install. I got it right on the 1st try. It makes a tremendous difference in my grip with regard to the front strap checkering. What a pleasure to shoot now. Glad I got it.

Sandpaper grip works well....rubber grip not so much

I have noticed that a lot of people say the same about the rubberized grip. I am happy with it so far. My main concern was to lessen the aggressive front strap checkering on the Nano and it does that well plus I feel a noticeable difference in the grip overall.
