Sigma gotten any better?
It's a strange question but not my strangest. I've owned a Sigma .40 back in 2006 & it was a joke, aside from the trigger the gun itself was extremely inaccurate(I know it wasn't me). Others at the time had the same complaints. But now I'm reconsidering the Sigma for ccw because I would cringe at the fact my G.I. were taken in as evidence after a SD situation. Anybody shoot one?

Most accuracy complaints regarding the Sigma stem from the miserable trigger. The gun itself is not inherently inaccurate - it's just really difficult to shoot one well due to the heavy, gritty, vague trigger. I've owned a few and I have friends that have a Sigma as their only pistol - since it's all they have they become quite proficient with it...

Thanks for the feedback. I suppose perfect practice would make perfect if I get some decent trigger time.

I also heard a rumor that S&W dropped the trigger pull on these, is this true?

Contact Smith and Wesson and ask them.

Since S&W recently came out with the SD models I don't think the Sigma will be receiving anymore makeovers

*Shihan....paging Shihan, Shihan please report to this thread...lol
