Sig Sp2022 vs. P250 (Both in 9mm)
Hey everyone wanted your opinions on these two toys.
I am interested in both as one of my first guns.(I will also be purchasing a .22) Which one is more reliable and will have less malfunctions?? If you have any experience or helpful knowledge please drop a word on anything about these two. Thanks, Kevin |
I've only held a 250 and dry fired it, and I didn't like the feel or the trigger. I've shot a 2022 in 357 sig and 40, it was very accurate and very little felt recoil. The grip angle felt off for me, but it was good for my friend. I don't have either, but I do have 4 Sigs.

Love the DA/SA trigger on the 2022
Hate the DAO trigger on the 250 |
I have a sig p239 in 9mm which is da/sa. And I have a ruger LCP that I'd dao. I would avoid buying a dao gun in the future if possible. I just love the operation of the da/sa trigger.

personally I prefer either Double Action Only, or Single Action Only. never really cared for the DA first shot, SA thereafter. I always throw the first 2 shots like crazy. I think the p220 is the only Sig I've handled, can't remember it was about 3 years ago, I loved it and if I had 800 bucks for a good used one I would have one. You won't really go wrong with a SIG, whichever model you pick.
