Ill just go ahead and say there's no comparison,Sig Sauer is a superior firearms manufacturer.Glock is a nice sidearm don't get me wrong,but you can't compare the two Sig Sauer is the one of the best firearms manufacturers in history.

I just bought a glock 23 and a Sig 2022 to test this exact question. I will give a range report in about 5 days.

Let me know how the test go's bro! I sold my G22 before I got my Sig Pro 2022 .40 before I could do the test. But knowing now my Sig would have come out on top because I had problems with my G22. Just some advice when you do the test you CANT be bias on one or the other. You have to start out neutral, because if you go into it being a full on glock lover or Sig lover then your gonna lean towards that one more from the start. Also it gonna be a hard test because the Glocks are lighter and the Sig is heavier with better beefy parts. Also there two totally different guns with different uses for them. Check out YouTube called SIGSAUER SP2022 in action. Posted by Sig themselves where it's a guy who's part of there shooting team putting that gun threw different types of shooting techniques.

Watched the video and it was pretty cool...made me want to take mine to the range right now. However, it was mailed with a 9 mm mag instead of .40 cal, now I'm waiting for my .40 cal to show up in the mail. Then it will be off to the range. I will for sure give a range report.

I agree, I own 4 sig pistols and 2 glocks. I live my sigs, but the glock is the most reliable in my opinion. I will give you the sig is hands down more accurate, but for the money you really can't say to many bad things about the glock.

Unless you have a sig combat or navy, don't take it anywhere near salt water. My sig 229 stainless have a few rust spots on it just from the salt in the air. My G23 has been in the salt water when my kayak flipped and has been in the salt water when I go fishing at the coast, and I haven't seen a bit of rust on it. I am a fan of both brands, and one is better than the other in certain situation. For the money glock is a great choice, but if you want precision accuracy sig is the choice.
