Default Sig Sauer P230

I've never carried a BUG but recently came across a Sig P230. A neighbor was looking to get something with a little more punch for HD. I took him to the range with me and let him shoot several of my pistols to figure out what cal he wanted. He like my Ruger P94 in 40 S&W, the lettle Sig shot pretty well. I told him the Sig was worth more than the Ruger but he was fine with a straight trade. I bought a box of gold dots for defense ammo and ordered a Don HUme IWB holster.

Anyone ever owned one of these little guys? Likes/dislikes?

I own, and like, my Sig P232 stainless (updated version of P230). I have carried it as both a primary (paddle holster) and bug (ankle holster). Never had any failure to feed or eject. It's a sweet little shooter. Enjoy.

They always reminded me of the Walther. We sold them at the shop and never had a complaint. I've never fired one, so I can't comment there.

Go with a German made 230 ... stainless upper, and aluminum lower.

The latest 232s have an altered breech face and are jamamatics
