For God sakes lets impeach him. He single handedly is bringing this country to its knees. It has nothing to do with us giving foreign aid or shooting billions of dollars into space. Lets be honest here every politician makes promises based on what they know at the time but when more facts a presented that makes that that original idea unfeasible only a fool will stick with there original plan.

Now back to my question, is the anchor what makes this particular 226 a MK25
I know some of the differences that separate your standard h&k 45 from the MK23 but am lost on this one. I know the MK23 is about twice as much also.

As listed on Sig's website "UID identification label, anti-corrosion coatings (Phosphate) on controls and internal components, anchor engraving". Plus you apparently get a certificate of authenticity. If i found one for 1000 or a little less, i might invest but that's not enough to make me wanna spend around 1200 as listed YMMV

That didn't answer my question but having something engraved on one of my pistols may happen in the future. I know what I did in the military and to explain or convince you is not a priority. I respect anyone that has ever worn the uniform even if I disagree with how they think. At last I checked the POTUS is still The Commander in Chief but hey whatever right.
