I've put about 250 rounds through it since I bought it and it appears to be functioning perfectly. i'm starting to really enjoy my new purchase and the review from nuttnfancy on youtube definitely helped as well. Looking forward to anymore input, especially any negative input that I may be able to investigate as I blindly bought this gun for the fact that it had similar mechanics to the 1911 lol

Wouldn't trade mine for anything else in its class. Mine is totally reliable and much easier to shoot than other .380s I have shot.

I typically prefer "all black" in my handgun purchases, but the LGS had an Eqiunox .380 arrive while I was at the counter and it wasn't even a question, I had to have it. I've shot a 238 before and was impressed, so it wasn't just the looks, but I would be lying if I said esthetics weren't a large factor in my purchase. I would post a pic (not that it's anything anyone here hasn't seen before, but it's still fun to show off a bit sometimes), but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get a pic from my iPad into the post.

So I emptied mine, put the safety on, and put the sucker in my pocket. I could never get the safety to flip off under any circumstance. I pocket carry.

Get a good pocket holster.
My wife has one & the safety does seem a bit stiff, but it's barely broken in & I think it'll probably loosen up. But, like you, I hesitate to pocket carry a cocked & locked pistol so I think I'd carry it with hammer down & safety off since the spur hammer makes it easy to cock.

I always carry my P238 with me. Fits in my back pocket and looks like a wallet. My wife's is in her carry purse. About 1000 rounds through each with no problems until lately not going completely into battery without a slap on the back of the slide. Usually 1 every mag. Sig recommended new recoil springs since we have so many rounds down range and the serial #'s being below 5000, so they sent me two new flat springs for free. Happy Happy. No problems. I have several Sigs and they are high quality weapons. I buy the ones that aren't issued to me. To hell and back reliability. They do like to be run wet. Chuck the Keltec. Don't rely on it with your life.

Ditto on Gollygee also. I leave the hammer down. One click back for safety. I run drills on cocking the hammer while engaging.

My buddy got one about a month ago. Over 250 rounds through it without a single malfunction.

I can't watch his videos. He talks like a teenaged moron. He has a teenaged son. Grow up already.
