Does anyone know if the .22LR Conversion Kit fit the SIG P226R Equinox. I know that it is advertised to fit the P226 but the Equinox comes in the .40 only. I purchased the P226 Equinox this week and would like to get the conversion kit (if it will work) so that I can take my sons shooting.

I don't see why it wouldn't. I have a 229 in .40 and bought the kit from TopGunSupply and it shoots great. To be safe, call the folks at TopGunSupply and they can verify this...

i bought the 22lr conv kit <$300 from BOH tactical for my p226 navy in 9mm about 3 months ago and it works great, no issues thus far.

i thought it was for all p226's regardless of caliber too though.

I will try TopGunSupply. Having said that the only reason I asked was thatthe Equinox only came in the .40, there were not 9mm or .357 options. Stay tuned .....

For what it's worth, I buy almost all my Sig stuff from TGS - really great folks and amazingly fast shipping...

I believe the 22lr conversions for the P226 should fit all P226 frames except the older West German models. So it'll also fit Equinox, U.S. Navy, Elite, Blackwater, DAK, Combat, etc.

The only one I'm not sure about is the uber-expensive X-Five target line (longer slide/barrel).
