I bought them here in germany.
Sig came out and offered the conversion grip for older Sig P226 and P229`s. In the US they only seem to sell to LEO`s, but Sig also had an offer running for $99,- for the kit including installation.
The shop I bought the kit from, also sells internationally, but there is a cusoms fee of 70,- to the normal shipping costs.
The E² grip kit ist fairly simple. A new hammer strut and hammer strut seat, aswell as a new decocking lever ist supplied with the grip. If you have the ol style hammer strut with the long hammer spring, you have to buy a new hammer spring aswell.
Installation is about 15 to 20 mins and pretty easy. I made up a manual with pictures, how to install the kit.
Accordign to the shop I bought the kit from, a dealer in Texas shold also have the kits. But you won`t find them on the webshop. You have to cann them and ask, if they have them.We are the leading distributor of SIG P210,Hammerli pistols, grips and accessori - Roco FirearmTechnology, LLC
All in all, if you have smaller hands and tehrefor slight problems gripping the double stack P226/P229`s, the E² grip is a very nice alternative.
