Sig 220r nitron DA/SA
I've always been a Glock fan. Fate has taken away my beloved G21 in a millisecond. Kaboomed it a couple of weeks ago due to a double charge. **** happens when you get too trustworthy and let your guard down. So to get to the point I just discovered inadvertently that the Sigs are fine pistols. I picked up a sig 229r nitron and like the feel and ergonomics of it. I've yet to shoot it. Just wondering if anyone here experienced any issues with different ammo types? For example problems with cast SWC or others. Thanks in advance to any useful replies.

I have never had issues with any ammo I fed my Sig 229.

You're not supposed to use reloads in glocks man. Glad you didn't get hurt. Enjoy the new gun.

Alloy Sigs are about as trouble free as it gets. Going from a G21, the only thing you're likely to miss is the lighter weight (if you carry) and higher capacity. But the Sig will have a dramatically improved trigger pull over the Glock.
