Sig 2022

Picked up my new Sig 2022 .40 on Friday. Finally made it to the range on Monday. 200+ rounds through it with nary a hiccup. ( woulda put more through it but folks were waiting for a lane). Love this sidearm. Similar platform as the P229, but with the polymer frame. Came with three 12round magazines, interchangeable grip, and cable lock. "People's Republic of Maryland" required omega bore lock ( silliness) was extra. $418 plus tax. Not too bad for a really solid pistol.

Have mine with over 3,000 through it and not a single issue accept having to buy more ammo after each trip to the range. Love this very overlooked solid well build sig

Yes the SP2022 to me is one of the best bargain pistols that is a quality firearm worth being a daily carry.
I recommend and it is only that a recommendation but Crimson trace makes a set of laser grips for it that greatly improves the feel of it in your hands as well improves ones shot groups. Expensive yes, worth it yes

That's a good deal for that gun with 3 mags. Sig mags are ridiculously expensive. I've had mine about a year now I believe it was $375 with one mag.

Bought mine with only one mag for 475 at a gun shop near me. And yes dig mags are expensive I picked up another mag for $40

2 LGS's near me wanted $495 and $505 respectively and wouldn't budge a nickel on price. I ended up ordering it from The Gun Source online.

I bought mine at a gun show in my area, about $425 with night sights and 1 mag. My local favorite gun store has one in 9mm for $450 but it has standard Sig sights. I still say this is the best gun you can get at this price new. I got mine so cheap because the seller of mine was clearing out all of his Sig inventory. I even bought a used one with 3 mags for $350, kept 2 of the mags and sold it for $300 to my LGS as a trade on my Sig 220X6. Yes Sig magazines are expensive.

I bought one in 9mm with night sights for $419 new, and one in .40 with standard sights for $399 new.
I have put several hundred rounds through both of them, and never had an issue with the firearm. The issue I do have is I seem to ride the slide release lever with my thumb. So sometimes the slide does not lock back on empty. That is just something I have to watch when I am shooting it. It is not the guns fault.
I too think it is one of the best bargin priced quality pistols on the market. I carry the .40 every day!

Got mine from a local gun shop. Don't know the etiquette for naming actual stores. 2022 .40 with night sights, 3 mags, carrying case, exchangeable grip and cable lock. $418 before tax.
