I will be getting mine on the 28th or so, and I'll be shooting it the Saturday after that. I did go down and hold it (when I picked up my Witness PS .40) and it is niiiice! It's very well built and fit is great. It's going to be a good one for sure!

Well, I've now put about 500 error free rounds through it, and it's almost boring it's so reliable. It feeds anything that'll fit in the chamber, and seeing as how the chamber is beveled and "loose", I can't imagine there's anything it CAN'T feed. I also thnk I've got a beretta 92 mag working in it, but I need to do some more testing.

What?! That's awesome! I haven't been this stoked to get a new pistol for a long time. If I would have realized that this witness I bought wasn't a compact frame model, I wouldn't have bought it. And then I would already ave my SAR! The Witness is an amazing pistol (especially for $320 with 3 mags), but I would rather have the SAR. Soon... Two weeks...

I'm starting to dig on that SAR. starting to give it some thought now. The K2 is the .45, but do they make a .40 or better yet, 10mm?

Not yet. They say they are, but not many people believe it. I hope they make a 10mm!

Ugh... I had to go back to the FLGS today to get my carry piece, and got to hold the SAR again. I would have got it today, but then I would be without anything for EDC for the next 20 days. Can't do that! And the SAR is too large until it gets a little colder.
Anyway, I am considering ordering another, just from feeling it alone. I would order 2 if they came in .40 S&W or 10mm. Heck, even at that, there is nothing wrong with 9mm. I just want more boom lol.
When I finally get mine, I will start a new thread full of tons of pics and a range report. I'm counting down the days.

No pics at the moment, but i did discover that the magazines WILL fit and feed 16 rounds, even though they're marked 15. You can ALMOST fit a 17th in there, but not quite. 16 seems to fit quite nicely.
