Default S&W SW40VE Sigma "Allied Forces" Model

Just bought myself a smith and wesson sigma 40 VE model. its all black so they called this the allied forces model. anyways my dad is in the military and bought it from a trusted coworker who says he bought it as a gift and never fired it. its in great condition. no ware that i can see at all, except for maybe pulling the slide now and then. well anyways i paid 400$ for it. it comes with two standard clips and 2 high capacity clips, and a holster. nice holster i might add. anyways just out of curiosity wondering if anyone thought that was a bad deal. i have been trying to do some research on the later VE model sigmas and haven't gotten to far.

You paid too much. Even though it's unfired, it's still used. MSRP is $379

Never heard of an "allied forces" model. Never heard of one that's not all black for that matter.

You over paid about 20 bucks if it were just the pistol. With holster and 4 magazines, and used, you paid a pretty fair price. Not a deal to write home about, but no need to hang your head in shame.

I paid 349 for mine and felt like I was giving a little much. Although I only got the gun (non black slide) and 2 14rd mags.

Yea I wish I could if asked for less i jumped on it because the guy was going to sell it at the gun show the next day. But I read that they called it the allied forces model because police nation wide and over seas ordered 22000 and pre ordered more of the 9 mm model and thy called it allied forces because they ordered the all black model. Haven't seen to many of them around. But it's a nice alternative to spending 600+ on a glock 23 an accessories. Pretty similar gun.
