Default Ruger P345

Anyone have any experience with the Ruger P345? My research continues for my post-deployment gift to myself and I came across this and like what I see. Thank you for any responses!

I bought one 4 or 5 years ago. Really liked the way it looked and shot. Never a problem with it. Heard bout dry firing with no magazine is a no no. Other than that....I think I paID A LITTLE OVER 400 AT THE TIME. Ruger forum has a lot of info on it. JOE

If it's a Ruger it's can't be too bad. I don't have a 345, but I've never had a problem with any of my Rugers (11 of 'em).

I agree. I have a P90, a SR9 & a SR9c, they never gave me any problems.

my shooting buddy has one. he bought it last year. its not bad. its definitly not the i gotta have this or die sorta pistol. its fun and has been flawless. its not comfortable like falling into your favorite chair kinda way but its not uncomfortable in the hand either. recoil isnt bad. but i would rather have a xd,cz, or fnh.

heres a link to a video we made. my friend is the larger guy. he shoots the ruger part way into it

I don't think you can go wrong with a Ruger. Here are mine:

Blackhawk - .45 Colt/.45 ACP

10/22 - .22 LR carbine

P97 - .45 ACP

P89 - 9 mm

LCP - .380

MK II - .22 auto

Blackhawk - 10 mm auto/.38-40

Single Six - .22 LR/.22 mag
