Default Pressure switches for handgun use?

Hello all,

I had to exchange my tac light/laser because a screw was stripped. The replacement has optional pressure switches for both.

Simply put, is there a way to effectively use pressure switches on a handgun? I could see mounting them on the grip, but it makes the weapon fairly awkward...

FYI I have a Ruger P380.
