why do you want a milled reciever?? the reciever isnt the weak point in the ak47 and its kin's design. the problem point is the rear trunion and front trunion. the rear ones like to break under heavy use as do less commonly the front.

the reciever itself doesnt matter if its stamped or milled. milled ak tend to have problems since they cant be bent to fit minor discrepencies in part dimensions. thats why you dont see many of them that work well.

They are pretty solid good reciever, heavy barrels ... Only thing I dislike is the placement of the serial number aside from that their craftmanship surpasses the Draco's, IMO

as good as any ak47 can be.

it will cost you more to buy and swap out to a milled reciever than it will to buy a whole new gun if yours breaks. either you pay someone to do the labour or buy a barrrel press tool and the several ton press to diy it. thats not counting the new pins and rivet build kit your going to need. its not cheap to alter after the fact if your starting from zero tools.

personally i dont like the super short rifle barrels using a rifle round in a pistol format. you bring the bullet down to power levels less than if you had of just found something chambered in a pistol cartridge.

they are fun to shoot but terrible choice for defensive reasons.
