One pull multiple shots

Hi everyone,
I just purchase my first hand gun for home protection, a Magnum Research Baby Desert Eagle 9mm (BE9915RS). When I first shot it at the range, I went through one full mag, with no problem. Then with the second mag, I pulled the trigger once and it shot twice. I thought it was just me and I then continue to shoot and did not have any problem finishing up the rounds. Went to the range for the third time and it happened again, one pull three shots. Then one of the guys that worked there ask if I had a class C licence for a full auto, I told him no and it was not a full automatic. I told him I did not know why this was happening. I did finish the rounds without anymore problems. I would like to know if anybody had a similar problem with there Baby Desert Eagle or any other gun.

Thanks

I believe that if it isn't a mechanical problem, you may be limp wristing (riding) the recoil while keeping enough pressure on the trigger. This will allow the firearm to fire everytime it rocks forward after the recoil.

You have a problem and you need to take that weapon to a gunshop, or send it back to the company ( IMI / Magnum Research ) and have them check it out.

This is common with IPSC guns that are just a HAIR too light on the trigger/sear engagement and it is very dangerous.

This is not an issue that is going to fix itself. You need to have it checked by a professional before something very wrong happens...

Since this is a duplicate post, I am going to close this one down and re-direct to your other open thread...

You definitely have a problem, and you need to STOP shooting it until the problem is resolved. Someone is going to get hurt...
