Here's mine, it's everything you said, still under $600 at Budsgunshop.com I highly recommend the PX4

Going to pick up the pistole tomorrow. I finally got my handgun safety training waiver today. I'm going to take one last look around, but I think the M&P will get the nod. I know I discounted it earlier but I think it suites me best for what's available. Every comment about a malfunction is followed with, "I sent it back to S&W free both ways, got it back in a couple weeks and never had a problem again." I like to hear it from the horses mouth so I called S&W and they confirmed it. The dealers locally can't keep these guns in stock, so that says something. One store here sells one with crimson trace grips for $630. The XD is pulling me from a 100% decision. If I buy the "Gear" package that comes with the holster, SA will send me a lefty holster for FREE. AND I can keep the right handed holster. I could also join the XD minions that do nothing but praise this gun. I called SA and they said the same thing that S&W did about paying both ways and fixing it for free. The only 2 counts against the XD is it's a little more $ (might be a nonissue if the M&P holster makes up the difference) and it's right hand only controls. SA used to make ambi slide releases but no more. Tomorrow I'll get a good thorough look at both guns at the same time, see what fits and feels best and buy the sucker that wins.

I'm moving to VA soon and I would wait until I get there, but we're driving there from LA. I'd rather be packing heat than left cold!
