I love sigs got a few of them but i would go with the MP or XDM .The 250 is a ok pistol (trigger sucks ) I sold mine

It sounds like you are gravitating to polymer striker-fired pistols, but if you would consider an all metal hammer fired-pistol look at the CZ75. It comes in 9mm and 40cal and several variants. CZs are accurate, very reliable and they have great ergonomics. I think CZ also makes a polymer variant.
