My CCW system....what's yours?

Hey guys, I am a MEGA Glock fan for CCW and own a G26 gen 3 for daily carry. I use a DeSantis IWB leather holster with +2 grip extension packed with Remington Golden Sabers 124gr +P JHP. Also just picked up a sweet little Springfield Ultra Compact 1911 in 9mm and will interchange this from time to time since it fits my holster perfectly! I have recently switched to condition 1 carry which was scary at first but now is feeling normal.

What is your carry system?

My preferred... out of my variety guns ... Ruger LCP - back pocket leather Stoner holster. It goes with me everywhere. Very concealable.

My EDC is a S&W M&P Shield in 9mm. I carry it in a PJ Holster's IWB with the extra mag holster on my weak side. I carry Hornady Critical Defense in it. Pretty soon I'll be swapping the post sights for XS Big Dots.

I just replaced my commander size .45 with a Sig P250 sub compact 9mm.

Normal days I carry G23 in a Desantis intruder holster, carry extra mag on week side. I use hornaday critical defense and have installed the trigicon night sights with orange front post. Other carry XD9x19 3" barrel same sights same ammo still looking for a perfect holster

nice, love the variety. Im considering making the jump to a G23 down the road and REALLY considered a M&P Shield as a backup to my G26....great choices

I carry a ruger p89 with crimson trace yea it's a brick but I've put over 1000 rounds of the cheepist ammo I could find never had a single one not fire no stovepipe not a problem which is a big deal to me for a defense gun. Then have a ruger lcr 357 in a galco ankle holster for back up

My CCW run is my iPhone, a Benchmade triage, Surefire E1B, a Schrade pen, and either my Kimber Pro Carry II (9mm) in a Galco N3 (winter) or my Ruger LCR .38 in a Raven Concealment Vanguard (summer) with a spare mag/speed loader.

For carry, I am a believer in picking one gun, training with it, and sticking with it.

For me that gun is a 1911.

I have other guns I like to shoot when plinking, but for the serious work it is the one gun.

I agree to a certain degree. Some situations (and weather) don't allow me to carry the same gun all of the time. However I am not the kind of guy who stands infront of the safe in the morning like my wife trying to pick a pair of shoes. 2 carry guns, no manual safety's, proficient with both
