Default M&P 9c price/value?

I have a M&P 9 compact that we bought new that I want to trade for a fullsize handgun. The gun comes w everything it did new, is in great condition and I meticulously cleaned it before firing and after every range visit, it's been frog lubed since it's been broke in 250 rounds and has been completely reliable. I would love to trade it for a 1911, I'm wondering a fair trade value towards a 1911.

You might be able to get $350 for it.

better judged by twelve than carried by six.

It depends on what level of gun you're looking to trade for. I traded a 9c a while back and got $425 for it. I don't remember the exact gun I traded for but it seems like it was about double the trade value. I had paid $500 or so for it and never shot it well.

If not doing a straight up trade I would probably sell it in the $425 range or more to get more $ out of it. $350 is a steal for somebody else IMHO

MSRP is $569. Bud's Guns is selling it for $441. knocking off the usual 25-30% for it being used, about $300-350 probably trading it in on something else is about the best they are going to give you. now selling it to an individual, you can probably sell it for more since they are not looking to profit like a dealer or a gun store.

personally, if i can buy it new for about $450-475 new, i probably am not going to go over paying about $400-425 for a used one.

Yeah for $350 I wouldn't sell it, I'm not interested in selling it. I just want a fullsize. The Glock 19 serves midsize and I have a XDs .45 for compact.
