I have both, the LCP has a much better finnish, but both go bang every time. I also had a DB380 for a very short time, it failed in every respect.

I went with the P3AT and my father went with the LCP. I must say that the LCP is a better looking gun and the slide lock is nice even though it doesn't lock the slide on the last round. What sold me on the P3AT was customer service. Both guns had issues early on. I heard that Ruger was a PITA to deal with and Kel Tec was very helpful.

That was the deciding factor for me.

Taurus makes the 738 which is .380. It has a last shot hold open. The size is about the same as the Ruger or Keltec. I am going to buy one soon for that reason.
