I think I'll trade my LCP.380 in one one also...Only one inch taller and longer...

Handle it at the store and make sure it will fit how you want to carry it. The LC-9 is bigger than my CW-9 and I don't feel comfortable putting my CW-9 in my pocket. (Front pants pocket) I can do that easily with the LCP. The only practical pocket-9s are the Kahr PM-9 and the Rorbagh R9. (IMHO) Both are $$$$$$.

i can stuff my colt new agent 45acp in my front jeans pocket and get it out pretty damn easy. the lc9 shouldnt be a problem in a pocket.

Is it actually available now, or just announced?

My next purchase is going to be a small warm weather carry gun, and this just made the short list

Yes, this is going to be the trend of carry guns in the coming years. The success of the 380's has been nothing but great for the gun manufacturers and the next step is for them to make a smaller and more powerful gun. I am in favor for smaller more powerful guns for self defense carry. Smaller, lighter and more powerful is the future of the gun manufacturing business.
