I had a CW9 for a couple of years. Reliability was amazing. It shot anything I put in it. Was a great, lightweight gun. I just never enjoyed the trigger pull on it. For self defense point and shooting, I am sure it would be fine though. My dad still has a pm9 that he loves and shoots very well, I could never get the hand of the trigger pull on it.
