I normally dont respond to thesebecause there is no clearcut only one answer in most cases. But i can clearly answer this one. It would definately be my 1944 Ithaca WW2 issue 1911-A1. Its a true historic firearm it functions flawless with everything i have ever stuffed in the magazines, its scary accurate and just feels perfect.

The only reason i dont ccw with it is i want to preserve it and have it until the day i find out how the universe was created and why.

For personal protection i use a XDm compact in 45acp and a colt new agent in 45.

My other 45acp include a sig p220, two colt series 70, and a springfield armory 1911A1 im considering selling

My absolute favorite handgun is my Para-Ordnance P14.

There's no real winner in my book, but if I HAD to choose it would be a 1911 probably, because it's suck a classic firearm and is very attractive (to me atleast). Another firearm that I would consider heavily is either the Springfield XD or Springfield XDm.

Les Baer Custom. It's local company. A friend let me shoot it one time and it a near out of body experience. Springfield Loaded is a close 2nd.
