Default I had to help out a friend

Or it could be he helped me out. A buddy of mine bought a NRA edition Browning Buckmark pistol a few months ago,and was just bragging to me about getting it. Then he blew the motor in his Harley and it was going to cost him more than he thought,so he called me and asked if I wanted to buy it-He knew that I was looking for one- so he made me a deal on it and now I have a NIB-unfired Buckmark.

It's good to have friends sometimes!

Very nice. Do you plan on shooting it?

Yes,I was wanting to go to the range today, but the weather was bad. They made way too many of these for me to consider it a collector,to me it's just another Buckmark. I'm planning on getting a threaded barrel and a suppressor for it.

Rifleman1,I think my buddy gave $425 for it,I got it for $300.

Good deal! Will you be a good friend and sell it back to him when he gets on his feet?

Ofcourse, he had it for a "few months" and never shot it, so maybe he didn't want it so much?

That's a great deal. I'm glad you're going to shoot it.

I was always taught growing up,that if you could help someone out then you helped them out. My friend is the same way,and when he gets his bike back together,if he wants the pistol back,I'll be more than happy to sell it back to him.

He works long hrs just like myself, and we don't get to go shooting as much as we would like to,that's the only reason it hasn't been shot yet.
