All of my guns were purchased to fill a need, some were for carry some for home defense. When I get to the stage in life where a I can afford to collect guns to look at, the criteria will change somewhat. So I will say 1.5 for functionality. If I look at a used gun I could care less about the easy stuff to fix as long as price reflects the cost of the repairs.
